Work-breakdown structure (WBS)
HTL Rennweg
Show in appDescription
This skill explains the structuring options of a project and how this can reduce the complexity of a project.
Goals
I understand
- why it is necessary to structure a project;
- which structuring options exist for projects;
- the advantages of a work-breakdown structure;
- the other planning documents for which the work breakdown structure is the basis.
I can
- structure a project according to different criteria (phases / time, objects, functions);
- divide the project into work packages and milestones;
- name work packages sensibly;
- provide the work packages of a WSB with a meaningful coding (WSB code).
