Description

This skill explains the structuring options of a project and how this can reduce the complexity of a project.

I understand

why it is necessary to structure a project;
which structuring options exist for projects;
the advantages of a work-breakdown structure;
the other planning documents for which the work breakdown structure is the basis.

I can

structure a project according to different criteria (phases / time, objects, functions);
divide the project into work packages and milestones;
name work packages sensibly;
provide the work packages of a WSB with a meaningful coding (WSB code).
